Attempting to do a three chilli Pepperjack cheese now.
It has Carolina reaper, Ghost pepper, and jalapeno inside it.
Hopefully will do better than my Camembert, lol (I think I used too much rennet in them, and they never softened)

Because spicy stuff and cheese are awesome. combining them is just better
