OKAY GUYS, LISTEN UP: Blogs are NOT being deleted. Tumblr isn’t going to delete every single blog that has ever reblogged a music post – they’d have to delete nearly all of their (once) active blogs, because nearly every single person has reblogged a music post at one point. What IS happening, however, is that copyrighted songs are being ‘disabled’ so to say; if you hit play, they simply won’t play. That is literally it. Now stop making people anxious, stop creating panic. Thank you.
