Hey everyone! I’d like to announce that once again, just like last year, I’m hosting a hotel group for Bronycon in Baltimore! This time, it’s set up at the Holiday Inn Inner Harbor, which like the Days Inn before it is very close to the convention center.
The main hotel booking is from Thursday till Monday, but it is quite flexible. If you need to leave on Sunday, that’s fine; if you want to arrive on Tuesday and leave on Wednesday, that’s doable as long as you have a group of 4.

So yeah, real talk.
No matter how many people come into this thing, as per the contract with the hotel I’m going to have to pay for 24 rooms. We currently have enough people for 15 rooms, so as it stands I’m going to be $5,000 in the red. Sure, it is partially my fault for overestimating, but we still have two weeks before the deadline. So, if you have a hotel room for you and your friends already and it’s just a bit cheaper than mine, talk to me. We can sort something out. If you’re not able to go to Bronycon but have friends who are, let them know about what I’ve got going on. At the very least, if everyone could reblog this again to make sure as many people as possible see it, that might help fix the problem I’ve gotten myself into.
