finally got around to diagnosing why my mothers old PC pretty much died. (hasn’t been a priority since she just had me build her a new one anyway)

Dead PSU. no doubt killed by the copious amounts of dust that she let  build up in the system.

Oh well. at least it wasn’t the CPU or motherboard.
During my holidays, I’ll grab a new PSU, a semi decent hard drive, add my  dance mats, and turn it into a dedicated stepmania machine.
