I’ve decided I need to actually do something…

about my weight..

so I’ve decided to set myself a (modest for now) goal of losing 15kg by bronycon.
This will get me substantially closer to my suitable weight (I’d need to lose about 25-30kg for that)

Of course, with this decision comes the obvious changes. fortunately, for a large part, I’ve recently been doing ok.
But it means essentially cutting junk food out completely, along with soft drinks.
I’m also going to have to try get into the mess each night so I can have a proper meal every day.

But the big one for me (because I suck at commitments) will be making sure I visit the gym every day after my shift for at least half an hour to an hour.

But i figure that if I can at least stick with it, I shouldn’t have a problem reaching my goal (after all, it’s only 3kg a month..)
