Sorry, not to be rude. But are you sure about that when I so happen to know and have the original art piece?
Not only that but this piece was created in 2014.
I would like to point out here that if you pay close attention to details within the searing of the original and the “trace” as you say @askangelrose, you would do well to notice the lines are in face completely different hinting that this was no trace, the original pic was used as a reference picture to base the new art off of, something a lot of new and up coming artists do to get better such as myself.
One clear example is the sky, there are stars in Dan’s and not in the other.
There is no idea what exactly is behind Luna as far as the tower in back goes, it could be a wall or whole building for all we know, but in Dan’s it is a tower.
Same goes for the railing, it could be square, it could be an intricate stone work.
Dan’s work is in fact his own art, not a trace of the original, or the original in any way shape, or form.
