Got told formally today, as soon as a replacement is located to fill my position, I’ll be released from my current site to move to my new location..
Looking forward to it.. it’s a drop from 1000 pax average to 280.
That should help my stress levels a lot, as well as help me be more rested.

Having a cert 3 in hospitality doesn’t hand you qualification, you need the experience of an actual kitchen..
