No, Velvet doesnāt possess the physical or magical abilities, instead he focuses on keeping everything operating smoothly.
His charisma also makes him idea for defusing tense situations, which can be a common occurrence if someoneāsĀ āsure betā goes south.
His appearance is slightly deceiving, he looks a little younger than he actually is.
As for how he came to being the owner of the club, back when he was a teen, he worked part time, helping set up the lighting etc whenever it was needed, gradually learning the rest of the business. When the previous owner retired, he offered Velvet the chance to purchase it.
