Thank you so much for taking the time to drop us a note and for your incredibly kind and considerate words.

I’m so incredibly sorry to hear that you are dealing with false patrons. We take this very seriously.

We’re
working on rolling out a new payment system that will charge patrons
immediately upon pledging, and declined patrons will not be able to see
Patron Only posts or rewards – they will be forced to update their
payment information in order to access that.

We hope to have this
out in full in the next few months, and it’s going to help so much with
patrons who are not pledging in good faith.

We love our creators,
and we know we need to build something better for them…so we’re going
to, because of amazing feedback like what you gave me.
