The tracking actually says they “left their origin country” last time, or is it more about customs? I had a similar issue but customs simply didn’t update the tracking.
it has left the country, hasn’t arrived in Australia (according to the Auspost rep I talked to)
so somewhere between Russia and Australia it seems to have gone missing. (wouldn’t surprise me if it’s stuck in Singapore, had that happen a few times)
