Not impressed..
Two custom plushies I ordered have gone missing in transit..

The were shipped as international registered post, with a delivery timeline of 3-10 business days..
Their tracking shows they left their origin country a month ago, they still haven’t arrived..

I had the person who I ordered them from start the enquiry process with the post office, hopefully they can be tracked down soon.. I really wanted to have one of them at bronycon.
