Just found out that the head chef has been lying about the food that goes into the fryers and the allergens of said food to people who ask. Specifically gluten.

I’m legit pissed off about this right now. He has no respect for the food he produces, or the people he serves.

I’d report it to someone before he either kills or hospitalizes someone.

I’m not at work, I’m on holidays. I found out from one of the other chefs.

She told me she was going to tell the site manager about it.
This whole thing is made worse by the fact that we just had training on our allergen policies recently.
